Great news!! After a very long time and a lot of hard work we have finally received our new ISO rating for Chalet Village. Effective July 1, 2015 our ISO rating will be a Class 2 (TWO) YES, that is correct, the rating will be a TWO. The conditions to receive the full class two rating are that your property must be within 5 miles of a GB Fire station, which almost all of Chalet Village is because of the new sub station on Ski Mtn Road. The other requirement is that you are within 1000 feet of a fire hydrant.
Please notify your insurance agents so that when your policies renew you will receive the proper ISO classification. Hopefully this new rating change will save you some money on your insurance premiums.
