April 25-26 we held our Annual Owner’s weekend for Chalet Village. We had a great turn out and covered a lot of ground.
We found out just before the meeting that the ISO rating had finally been approved for the North side and we were all pleasantly surprised that the ISO rating came in at a Class 2!
We had a reveal and presentation of our new web site along with our new and updated logo. One of the key points on our web site is the ability for our homeowners that rent their properties, to join in on our Chalet Rental page. For a very nominal fee homeowners can list their individual properties on our site for additional exposure. If you list on our site, you must have email or web site information, we will not direct to management companies. Our goal is to help provide a tool for our homeowners. If your property is with a management company you can still sign up on our page but the initial contact must be to your phone, email or web page. Once the potential guest is interested in your property you can direct them to your management company for reservation follow up. If you are interested please visit our chalet page and fill out the subscription form.
We are working to become comfortable enough with the site so that we can take over the daily operations. We hope to post weekly updates and important notices for our owners as soon as we are aware of the information. We hope this will be a great tool in providing better communication outside of the semi-annual newsletters.
Your 2015-2016 Board of Directors is as follow:
- Ken Webster – President
- Patrick Potter- Vice President
- Pam Betts – Secretary
- Stan Johnson – Treasurer
- Bob Light – Director
- Jim Gilley – Director
- Dean Phillips – Director
We topped off the weekend by hosting our Homeowner’s dinner at Park Vista! Those that attended were very pleased with the change in venue and we had a great time and the meal was amazing! Next year’s 50th Anniversary will be held at Park Vista so mark your calendars to attend April 30th!
