Thank you all for an amazing Owner’s weekend. We had a great turn out and had many new faces join in the activities. As always, we are now preparing and mailing out the Pool Access Cards. If you sent in your payment before the end of March, your cards are being sent out as they print this week! Once the first run of cards is mailed, we will be printing and mailing all the remaining cards. If you have paid your usage fees, you should receive your passes by mid May. If you have not yet paid, you can do so on the website.
If you have rental property, your Guest passes will be sent directly to your management company. If you do Owner rental, the Guest passes will be mailed to your address on file. Please be sure that your guests know that they must have the cards to enter the facilities every time they come to the pools.
Opening day for all three facilities is MAY 27. The Pools will open from 9am-9pm every day weather permitting. However; remember the maintenance schedule; South Baden is CLOSED TUESDAYS, North is CLOSED WEDNESDAYS and Alpine is CLOSED THURSDAYS.
Guests must have a pass to enter the facilities. Please make sure your guests are made aware of this. The attendants do not have access to the data files to verify your membership. They cannot accept photographs, photo copies or last years cards. The attendants are not allowed to talk with your management companies other than to explain the need for the cards. Please do not put us or your guests in a difficult and uncomfortable position.
Please help us insure that your guests have a fantastic experience by providing them with the information they need to utilize the facilities. Specifically, the mandatory requirement of the Access cards. Other things guests often are not aware of is that we do not provide towels or sun screen and many are not aware that the Access Cards come with the added benefit of the discount program.
Hopefully, our crazy weather will decide what season it wants to be sometime soon and we will all have a great summer!
