After a very long time and a lot of hard work we have finally received our new ISO rating for Chalet Village. \u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Effective July 1, 2015<\/span> our ISO rating will be a Class 2 (TWO) YES, that is correct, the rating will be a TWO. \u00a0The conditions to receive the full class two rating are that your property must be within 5 miles of a GB Fire station, which almost all of Chalet Village is because of the new sub station on Ski Mtn Road. \u00a0The other requirement is that you are within 1000 feet of a fire hydrant.<\/p>\n<p>Please notify your insurance agents so that when your policies renew you will receive the proper ISO classification. \u00a0Hopefully this new rating change will save you some money on your insurance premiums.<\/p>\n<p>If you happen to be one of the many that save on your insurance, please take the time if given the opportunity to thank the Gatlinburg Fire Department and Chief Miller for all their hard work on our behalf. \u00a0Without their assistance and Chief Miller&#8217;s efforts above and beyond on our behalf, we might still be waiting. \u00a0Help us spread the word, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>ALL OF CHALET VILLAGE IS NOW A CLASS 2 ISO RATING!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Great news!!
